Policy Overview & Applicable Scope
This official Shipping Policy is formulated independently by the premium kitchenware vertical ecommerce retail platform, applicable to all commodity orders, paid transaction records, user shopping parcels and logistics distribution services generated on the entire online retail platform, covering all household glass storage containers, oven-safe glassware, ceramic cookware, metal bakeware, kitchen measuring tools, combined kitchen gadget sets and all new arrival kitchen retail commodities displayed and sold on the platform. The policy binds all platform registered users, anonymous browsing ordering users, bulk order purchasing customers and all parties involved in platform order transaction and logistics distribution links. All logistics arrangement, outbound scheduling, parcel transportation, delivery cycle, freight bearing and parcel exception handling behaviors of the platform shall be implemented in strict accordance with the clauses of this policy, without temporary private adjustment and regional differentiated rule modification.
All clauses in this shipping policy match the unified USD settlement currency standard of the entire platform, cooperate with platform-wide free shipping marketing rules, fixed order outbound cycle and unified full-region delivery cycle norms, and coordinate docking with platform refund rules, after-sales return logistics rules and customer service management rules to form a complete ecommerce logistics service management system. This policy only regulates the platform active sales order outbound, forward distribution and daily delivery business, independent of third-party logistics carrier internal service clauses, and the platform assumes all retail-side service responsibilities for user shopping logistics services within the scope of this policy.
Platform Unified Freight Charge Standard
The platform implements permanent full-site free shipping service for all valid paid shopping orders, with no minimum order amount threshold, no commodity quantity limit, no combined package limit and no product category limit. Whether users purchase single small-size ceramic ramekin, single measuring cup tool or 22-piece large integrated kitchen gadget suit, 10-piece glass storage combined set and multi-piece ceramic cookware bulk combined orders, all generated order logistics freight, commodity packaging material cost, cross-region transit fee, parcel handling fee and remote distribution surcharge are fully borne by the ecommerce retail platform. Consumers do not need to pay any additional freight, packaging fee and logistics operation fee during order payment, checkout and subsequent order delivery links.
There is no hidden freight splitting, segmented freight collection and overweight extra charge rule on the entire platform. For large-size combined baking suit, multi-piece stacked glass storage commodity orders with large packaging volume and net weight, the platform uniformly undertakes bulk commodity logistics extra cost; for fragile glass and ceramic kitchenware commodities, the platform independently purchases logistics fragile goods insurance for all parcels free of charge, without transferring insurance cost to consumers. All freight settlement between the platform and third-party logistics carriers is completed independently by the platform operation team, which will not interfere with user order settlement and shopping cost composition.
Order Warehouse Outbound Time Standard
Combined with unified centralized warehouse inventory management mode of the vertical kitchenware ecommerce platform and daily order sorting operation manpower arrangement, the platform formulates fixed unified order outbound time specification for all paid orders. After the user completes order payment and the system automatically confirms successful fund collection, the platform warehouse operation team starts order inventory locking, commodity picking, accessory matching, commodity quality re-inspection, fragile product shockproof packaging, outer box sealing and outbound information docking work uniformly within 1 to 3 natural working days.
The 1-3 day outbound cycle covers all daily conventional orders, new arrival hot-selling product orders, low-stock label commodity orders and bulk batch purchasing orders on the platform. The platform allocates independent picking personnel and packaging assembly lines for fragile glass cookware and ceramic tableware commodities to accelerate packaging progress, and will not delay outbound progress due to commodity category, order quantity and combined suit accessory complexity. Non-manpower force majeure factors such as conventional warehouse inventory adjustment, daily system maintenance and routine commodity inventory counting will not affect the fixed 1-3 working day outbound efficiency of paid valid orders. The platform system will automatically generate outbound logistics tracking number synchronously after parcel warehousing and outbound, and synchronize tracking information to user order background in real time for users to query parcel dynamics anytime.
Standard Parcel Transportation & Delivery Cycle
The platform adopts unified cross-regional integrated logistics distribution network to undertake all platform shopping parcel transportation business, cancels regional logistics line division and differentiated delivery time setting, and implements unified full-network standard delivery cycle for all user orders. After the parcel leaves the unified platform warehouse and enters the formal logistics trunk transportation link, the whole standard door-to-door delivery cycle is fixed at 6 to 12 natural days for all consumer orders. The delivery time standard is universal for all user groups and all receiving regions, without dividing urban core areas, suburban areas and remote peripheral areas, without shortening or extending the delivery cycle for individual orders artificially.
The delivery cycle is calculated from the second day after the parcel completes warehouse outbound and generates official logistics tracking record, excluding order payment waiting time and warehouse internal packaging preparation time. The platform optimizes long-distance cross-regional logistics transfer links for fragile kitchenware parcels, reduces intermediate transit node turnover times, matches special fragile goods transportation storage compartments for glass bakeware and sealed glass canister parcels, balances transportation efficiency and commodity safety, and ensures that all parcels are delivered to user designated receiving addresses within the specified 6-12 day standard cycle under conventional logistics operation conditions.
Fragile Kitchenware Special Packaging Norms
In view of the attribute characteristics of platform core commodities including oven-safe glassware, ceramic cookware, ceramic bakeware and fragile sealed storage containers, the platform formulates exclusive fragile commodity packaging management specifications independent of ordinary ecommerce product packaging standards. All glass storage sets, transparent measuring cup tools, striped ceramic pots and ribbed ceramic bowl products are wrapped with customized thick foam buffer materials, corner anti-collision gaskets and waterproof inner packaging bags independently before outer carton packaging; metal bakeware and kitchen tool sets are equipped with fixed plastic limit brackets inside the carton to avoid product scratch and extrusion deformation during long-distance transportation.
Each outer logistics carton is pasted with unified fragile item warning label, upward placement prompt label and kitchenware commodity classification label to standardize logistics carrier handling and stacking standards. The packaging cost of all buffer materials, customized cartons and waterproof auxiliary materials is included in platform operating cost, with no extra charge for users. The special packaging mechanism effectively reduces breakage, scratch, paint peeling and accessory loss risks of kitchenware commodities during 6-12 day cross-regional transportation, and cooperates with logistics insurance to double guarantee commodity intact delivery.
Parcel Abnormal Problem Handling Rules
Within the fixed logistics delivery cycle, aiming at individual parcel logistics delay, outer carton damage, commodity surface extrusion and other low-probability abnormal problems, the platform sets independent after-sales logistics disposal process. For parcels not arriving at the receiving address exceeding the maximum 12-day standard delivery cycle without system prompt logistics exception, the platform customer service team takes the initiative to dock with logistics carriers to investigate parcel whereabouts free of charge for users; for parcels with damaged outer packaging after user signing for receipt, users can feedback order number and real photos of damaged goods to customer service team, and launch replacement or after-sales return process in accordance with platform unified rules.
All logistics exception investigation, parcel positioning and abnormal problem disposal services are free value-added services provided by the platform, without generating service handling fee and carrier docking fee. Users do not need to negotiate with third-party logistics carriers independently after encountering logistics problems, and all logistics linkage work is uniformly undertaken by platform professional operation team to optimize user after-sales operation cost.
Order Modification & Address Adjustment Shipping Rules
Before the order completes warehouse outbound and generates logistics tracking information, users can apply for receiving address fine adjustment and minor order information modification through background customer service entry, and the platform will synchronously modify logistics distribution information free of charge without changing original outbound schedule and delivery cycle. Once the parcel completes official warehouse outbound and enters trunk logistics transportation link, receiving address and distribution route cannot be modified to avoid parcel transit detention and overall delivery cycle delay. Users shall confirm receiving information completely before order payment to ensure smooth standard delivery of parcels.
